DREAM – PLAN –ACHIEVE 

The school vision of “Dream, Plan, Achieve” encapsulates a holistic approach to education and personal development.  

Dream 

Inspiration and Aspiration 

• Encouraging Imagination: Students are inspired to think beyond the present and envision their ideal futures. This stage is about broadening their horizons and considering the myriad possibilities available to them. 

• Setting Ambitions: Forming concrete aspirations. Whether it is aiming for a specific career, mastering a skill, or contributing to the community, this stage is about identifying long-term goals. 

• Fostering Creativity: Encouraging creativity in thinking and problem-solving, allowing students to explore diverse interests and potential paths. 

Plan 

Strategising and Preparing 

• Goal Setting: This involves breaking down the dream into smaller, manageable goals. Students learn to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives that pave the way towards their larger aspirations. 

• Creating Roadmaps: This  involves academic planning, skill development, and extracurricular involvement. 

• Developing Resilience: Preparing for challenges and setbacks is crucial. Students are encouraged to celebrate mistakes; fostering a resilient and proactive mindset. 

Achieve 

Execution and Realisation 

• Taking Action: This stage is about putting plans into motion. Students are encouraged to actively pursue their goals with dedication and hard work. 

• Measuring Progress: Regularly assessing progress and adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track. Success is monitored through both self-reflection and external feedback. 

• Celebrating Success: Recognising and celebrating achievements, both big and small, to build confidence and motivation for future endeavours. 

Integration of the Vision 

• Holistic Development: The vision aims at the overall development of students, balancing academic excellence with personal growth, creativity, and practical skills. 

• Supportive Environment: The school provides a supportive environment with mentors, resources, and opportunities to help students at each stage of their journey.
